We send out personalized E-Blasts including Virtual Open House information and professional property brochure to our database of 5,500 Top Agents, buyers, and contacts.
We will consistently review and stay up to date on the latest with the local market and keep you apprised of the local competition and sales taking place.
Once we are under contract, we will constantly continue to market the property until all contingencies are removed, and if possible, obtain backup offers.
We will see that any and all offers are presented to you for consideration. We will make sure you have a complete understanding of all information regarding the offers and will give you the benefit of our experience in negotiating win-win transactions.
We will represent you in negotiations of all contracts with brokers and buyers to obtain the best possible price and terms for your property. Once we are in escrow, we will handle all the details and spare you as much of the involvement as possible.
